Zalman was accomodating & helpful, though questions that arose when we had not cell or web connectivity were a challenge to resolve. The RV was very driveable & road-worthy, though internal road noise was higher than expected. The bed was more comfortable than expected. The fridge, induction stove, & mini-oven all worked well. A non-induction compatible pot that was left in the RV for us made initial use of the induction stove quite frustrating. Luckily other pots which were induction compatible were also included. The "hot water" availability in the listing referred ONLY to an instant hot water tap for making hot beverages. NO HOT WATER WAS AVAILABLE for the shower. Also - the shower nozzle did not function properly so showers were aborted. Latches on many of the cabinets did not keep all of the doorw/drawers from opening when driving on windy roads in Sequoia National Park. One last nit - Zalman was not present when we returned the vehicle, so there was not post rental inspection of the RV with both us & him present.
