Big and awesome; easy to set up and big enough to sleep up to 10 comfortably.Outside kitchen, fridge and wash station. Even has an outdoor shower to keep the dirt out of the trailer. One large pop out and easy to set up and move if needed. Have two sets of bunks so 4 beds in the back, queen up front, pull out coach and dining room table converts to a bed.Unit can not go into Mexico.“As for what is included”Propane you must top off or pay 30 bucks.As for kitchen we have camping style plates and bowls some cups for coffee, real silverware and soap to wash. I have garbage cans but not bags in the camper. Board games and outside chairs if you break a chair fee is 20 bucks.
I have a snow cone maker that you guys can use just no syrup; so you can get some.But most importantly; I have a Keureg and coffee in the camper, some apple cider and coco. Also has 6 camping chairs, a bbq grill and a fire pit. Also included is a medium sized cooler.
