The bed in the 16FQ was the worst we have ever slept on. 2 weeks later and my back is still hurting. Unfortunately this hurts your business as I will probably not rent from you again. Unless you have other units that do not have an awful bed. Other than that, my experience was good.

Thank you for renting from us. We are sorry you had a bad experience with the thickness of the Rv mattress. We too wish they had standard mattresses. Maybe one of our other units will meet your sleeping requirements and you will rent again.

Darla was very professional and personal to work with. The rental unit was clean, new and exactly what we needed. We will certainly rent from her and Butler RV Center again. Thanks for helping to make it easy to have a wonderful camping experience.
