The Host canceled the booking 3 days before departure. This is an automated posting.

This was a last minute booking request. The customer requested to pick up the RV on the same day it was returning from another rental. When I went to suggest pick up on the following day to allow for any RV return delays, and to clean up between renters, the Outdoorsy app changed the status to accepted, rather than proposing the date change to the new customer. The next day would not work for the customer due to her travel plans. So I cancelled the reservation 2 minutes after the application accepted it.

Let me start by saying this was our first time ever using an RV! Dan was super nice, responded quickly to questions prior to and after booking, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly went over all the details to ensure we knew where things were and how they worked. The RV was clean inside and out and all things worked as described. It came equipped with everything we needed for exterior hookups while the interior was stocked with pots and pans, paper towels, toaster, TV, and many other home essentials. It was very comfortable for our family of 5 and it really felt like a home on wheels. Thanks again Dan for allowing us the opportunity to use your RV to create an awesome spring break trip with our 3 boys!

We rented Dan’s RV for a trip up the east coast from NC to Maine for our family of 5. Dan was great with communication from the first time I inquired all the way to today when I dropped it back off. The RV itself had all the space we needed - my boys loved the bunk beds. We will definitely rent from Dan again for our next trip.
