My RV is perfect for couples and a couple of friends to get out and explore the great outdoors in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. For more adventure, my RV is perfect for snowbirds or for a cross country trips. Escape to warmer climbs for a discounted rate during the off season. It is easy to drive and the perfect size for State and National Parks (under 24 feet long and less than 12 feet height). It comes equipped with all you need to get going. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and a sleeping bag and enjoy the adventure.
Two adults can comfortably sleep in the rear full-size bed or in the over the cab queen size bunk. The dinette converts to a bed that is comfortable for one small adult. There are 5 seatbelts suitable for adults.We are conveniently located in Northern Va 25 miles from downtown Washington DC., 58 miles from Shenandoah National Park, 200 miles from Beautiful Beaches, close to many historic sites. Home of world class canoeing, kayaking and bicycling. Visit our local wineries, breweries, & distilleries. Many have overnight stays if you have the Harvest Host App.
If you are flying in form out of town to visit the greater Washington Dc area, you can make a reservation at Lake Fairfax Park (water park) or Burke Lake Park. I will set up the RV at one of these parks for you.
There is so much to do in this area, whether it is beaches, mountains, National and State Parks, National forests, or historical attractions, you will not be bored!

This RV has 5 seat belts. All passengers must be seat belted when ever the vehicle is moving. The seat belts in the cab are the standard 3 point seat belts. There are two seat belts in the dinette and one in the lounge chair behind the cab passenger seat. These three seatbelts are lap belts. They are bolted to the chassie.

Small pets under 30lbs are welcome. Please let me know the breed and size of your pet before booking. All pets must be secured while the RV is moving. If pets are to be left unattended in the RV they must be secured in a crate with adequate water and ventilation. Please no pets in the beds or on any bedding. An additional cleaning fee may be assessed for pets.
