Résumé de l'évaluation
Seamless communication, flexible service
John is praised for his excellent, responsive communication and helpful nature, making the rental process easy. He is accommodating, offering services like early arrival and comprehensive setup at the destination, including detailed walkthroughs.
New, well-equipped family RV
The RV is consistently described as brand new, clean, spacious for families (including bunk beds), and comfortable. It comes well-stocked with amenities like movies, games, and outdoor gear, though some minor maintenance quirks and minimal kitchenware were noted.
