As first-time RVers, we were a bit nervous, but Victor was incredible to work with. We ran an hour late for pickup, and he patiently waited for us with zero fuss. He gave us a super thorough, friendly walkthrough and was lightning-fast at replying to our questions during the trip. Even when we hit a snag—the fridge stopped working on the way back—Victor was amazing. He tried to help us troubleshoot it, and when that didn't work, he released our security deposit right away instead of holding onto it. He messaged us a week later just to let us know it was a simple blown fuse (such an honest guy, he didn't even have to do that!). He even hooked us up with a 10% discount for our next trip. Victor is incredibly friendly, professional, and honest. We will definitely be renting from him again!

Me and my beautiful wife Crystal decided to buy our first RV in 2020, which is this one. We have 3 younger boys, so this one is perfect for us to enjoy seeing the U.S. and enjoying all the different camp grounds we have visited so far. We love to enjoy a break from the day to day life at our home, and this RV allows for us to make those memories.
