*Long term rental only* *Pickup and drop off must be outside of business hours*Clean and cozy 2018 Rockwood. Features two TVs, two AC units, electric fireplace, two roomy slide outs. This RV is also equipped with an electric awning, indoor/outdoor radio/bluetooth/aux hook up, an outdoor rug and lounge chairs for some much needed relaxation. Sleeping includes a queen sized bed in the bedroom and fold out bed in the living room. There is also a sofa large enough to sleep 1. Clean linens towels and dishes included.This has been our personal RV and makes for an amazing camping trip. Included in delivery is full set up and instructions on how to use the RV. For an additional small fee you can rent a propane Blackstone griddle, twin air mattress, or kayak with paddle.Ce qui est inclusFreshly cleaned and sanitized bedding and towels are included. All dinner ware and cooking essentials are included. Several DVDs are included for your enjoyment. You should not need anything for your trip except your own toothbrush and toothpaste. RecommandationsI recommend booking your campsite far in advance. The sites around Lake Lanier are very popular and book up fast. Make sure the site allows for RVs over 30 foot in length. The camper can use a 50 amp breaker or a 30 amp breaker. Please keep the RV as clean as you can to minimize the cleaning we'll need to do after your trip.
