Brand new Alliance RV Delta 251BH, which sleeps six and is ready for your family vacation in beautiful Santa Barbara County. We will deliver and set up your RV to maximize your experience.We will deliver and set up the trailer at the campsite of your choice. For a one-time fee, we will also retrieve the trailer when your trip is over.This Delta is loaded with features to ensure a comfortable and effortless RV experience. An outdoor kitchen, a power retractable awning, four separate beds, a TV with Hdmi capability, and two private rooms are just some of the cool features of this brand-new unit. We provide dish and hand towels, cutlery and cookware, and dish and hand soap.This Delta is perfect for larger resorts with full hookup sites. Please note, some features of this unit, such as the indoor and outdoor refrigerator, will not function during 'dry camping' (camping without access to water, electricity, or sewer connections). However, we offer a 3500-watt generator that is available at an extra cost if you plan on dry camping.We typically charge a $100 cleaning fee as long as you try your best to leave the trailer as you found it. However, extra dirty returns (excessive sand, mud, spills, stains, scratches, trash, and improper use of the black tank, which is the wastewater storage tank in the RV) will incur a $300 cleaning fee.If the trailer and/or its contents are damaged at the time of return, you are responsible for paying all damage costs, whether you were at fault or not, or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc.).
