WASTE TANK MAINTENANCE: Black and gray tanks must be completely emptied and flushed before returning the trailer unless you purchased the pre-paid Dump & Sanitize service add-on. An unapproved $150 dumping fee applies if returned full. Use ONLY provided RV-safe toilet paper—never flush wipes, paper towels, or trash.
NO ROOF ACCESS: Climbing on the RV roof is strictly prohibited at all times for guest safety and liability.
TOW VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: Tow vehicles must meet proper towing/payload capacities for a 35-foot trailer, have a functional 7-pin trailer harness, and be equipped with an active electronic brake controller.
SLIDEOUT & RIG OPERATION: Always check for adequate clearance inside and outside (trees, posts, power lines) before extending or retracting slideouts. Ensure battery levels are monitored when dry camping off-grid.

NO ROOF ACCESS: Climbing on the RV roof is strictly prohibited at all times for guest safety and liability.
TOW VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: Tow vehicles must meet proper towing/payload capacities for a 35-foot trailer, have a functional 7-pin trailer harness, and be equipped with an active electronic brake controller.
SLIDEOUT & RIG OPERATION: Always check for adequate clearance inside and outside (trees, posts, power lines) before extending or retracting slideouts. Ensure battery levels are monitored when dry camping off-grid.
