Carlos was initially accommodating, but the RV had several safety concerns: worn cabinet latches, a clear tripping hazard (my child stubbed his toe badly), a non-functioning step that caused multiple 2-foot falls, and low tires at pickup. During the trip, mud buildup occurred after rain. I proactively messaged through the app and offered to have it washed. I was told in writing not to worry about cleaning, and the same was confirmed again at drop-off. The next day, after I had already left a positive review, I was charged for cleaning anyway. Despite the written messages in the app, the platform still sided with the host. Overall, being told one thing in writing and then charged for the opposite was disappointing. I recommend getting everything clearly documented and being cautious even when you do.

We had a fantastic experience renting this RV for our family trip! The RV was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and perfectly matched the listing description. Carlos was wonderful to work with—very responsive to questions before the trip and provided a thorough walkthrough of all systems (generator, dumping, hookups) when we picked it up. It was our first time, but we felt very comfortable on the road. The RV was stocked with all the necessities. We will definitely rent again! 5 stars!"

Carlos is an excellent host, and his camper is well maintained! I had no issues that weren't due to my unfamiliarity with RV'ing, but Carlos provided me quick resolution on how to correctly operate the pop out. The family planned a trip out to Show Low from Phoenix, and we spent a couple nights at Fool Hallow Lake. It was a beautiful escape from the metropolitan area, and it allowed my family the ability to catch up with friends and decompress in nature, while not being too far from our creature comforts, including a strong cup of coffee and climate control. The camper was functional and reliable, and our two children loved the overhead loft bed. When we plan another trip and this camper is available I'll be sure to book again! Thank you Carlos!
