Plenty of Room! Stocked with dishes and cookware. Just bring your own linens! "Grab and Go" or we can help with delivery and set up.Rainy day? Camper has plenty of indoor room and comes stocked with some board games and dvds. Or hang out under the awning.Great layout. Both bedrooms have sliding doors for privacy. Can enter and exit through bathroom - When playing outside, kids don't have to run through RV to go to bathroom. Table has plenty of room for everyone and makes into a bed if needed. Couch can be made into bed as well!Outdoor Kitchen - Covered. Can use in any weather. Or prefer to cook inside? Full kitchen, including microwave.Pets are welcome if they are potty trained and well behaved. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Depends on the day! Please include needed pick up / drop off times in reservation request. We both work full time and have kids involved in after school activities - We can usually make it work if we know far enough in advance. We can Not accommodate last minute changes.

Q.What restrictions are there on the Location we are taking your RV and/or having delivered?
R.
We do not rent to River Run in Jacksonville, TX. We do require location of where RV will be parked for the duration of the trip. If it's not at a Camp Ground, please be prepared to answer questions regarding terrain, how to get there, types of hook ups available, etc. This is our personal RV that we frequently use and we have learned from experience to be very particular about where we allow it to be used. Thank you.
