This was our first RV Trip and first time using Outdoorsy (we have pulled boats prior and have a pick-up truck). Jason was very responsive from pre-trip, during and post trip. We did not have the right break-system in our truck which came to our attention the day before our trip. While I was stressed to learn about so close to our trip but Jason assured us that he would help us install the system. He went to Canadian Tire, got the part and installed when we arrived. Jason's RVs are all very new and immaculate inside. We had a great time parking the RV on a friends farm property and staying in it for 3 nights. The queen bed is super comfortable. We brought our own linens and pillows to ensure comfort. i was very happy to see the size of the fridge and freezer. The pop out table was also a hit with our kids playing cards in the evening. We took great care of the RV and didn't move it for the three days we were on the farm. We also drove very carefully and made sure our tween kids were very cautious with the windows and doors etc.. Given the newness of the RV, this is something to keep in mind. Jason takes great pride in his RVs and expects the same back which we respected. He did notice some very faint smudge lines on the decal on one side upon our return which he through was probably passing some trees on the road or driveway. He was able to wipe clean to his satisfaction and our deposit was returned (to our relief as we really were very careful). You are in great hands with Jason and we felt very well taken care of.

My experience with this RV was nothing but great it was our first trip in this kind of camper and as family of three we found it really spacious and comfortable to live in for 2 weeks our host Jason was really great with explaining everything before our trip it's a really friendly person so that's why I will definitely recommend his services to others!!!

We had a great experience renting Jason’s trailer. He was great to deal with, and enjoyable to work with. The trailer was really nice and came with a great outdoor mat, and folding lawn chairs. The kitchen was well stocked. We really liked this trailer.

It was so lucky to rent Jason and Gina's trailer for our first time family camping trip! Kids love it very much and plan for next trip already. I can see the owners are really experienced and professional, the trailer is really clean and neat, they prepared everything for you. I mean EVERYTHING you may use during your daily life:))) Super tralier owners, definitely will have next trip with them!!! Thank you !!!
