The bunk beds in the back are perfect for kids or adults. The queen bed is very comfortable. If two people want to sleep in the convertible dinette, the camper can accommodate 6. Let me know how many people you have so I can provide appropriate linens.The propane will be full and I will charge a fee if it comes back and is not full. You can dry camp with the battery and water tank filled before departure but keep in mind the battery and water will not last that long. Plugging in is best if you want to utilize all the amenities otherwise be prepared for a more rugged camp (even bringing water). Always keep in mind dumping of gray and black water is required of the renter and a extra fee will be incurred if I have to dump. The microwave, AC, and mini fridge will not run off battery, must be plugged in for operation.I have a detailed file I can share with all the information about the camper and how to operate everything.There is a tv for dvds if the weather is bad. The large fridge and freezer on the inside will run off propane or electric and has room for everything you need. Speakers on inside and outside connect to Bluetooth.There is a shower and toilet inside as well as an outdoor shower. Please keep in mind no water will be able to be used or drained October- April as lines will be winterized. Propane will work for heat. During the winter months the snow pack might make towing impossible.This camper has plenty of storage room if you want to bring anything else along. There is also a trailer on the back that can be used for storage or holding firewood.If you have questions about towing please reach out! Please be careful if/when using awning. The door will get in the way of the mechanisms so the door needs to be in the closed position.
When getting stairs out, the door must be open all the way, the stair height can be adjusted to terrain.
