3Don't be fooled by the photos - the van is in much rougher shape than shown anywhere. When I went to pick up the van, I got a text from the owner saying that the windshield was cracked and the trunk that serves as a step up to the bed was busted. In addition, we found out that the rear view camera didn't work at all -- it's totally blurry and you can't make out a thing. We tried cleaning it, but I think the lens must be scratched. One of the windshield wiper sprayers didn't work, but fortunately we didn't need to use it. Also, the owner set the pick up time as 4pm, and return time as 10am, which makes sense for a hotel, but not for a van rental! We needed to rent for an entire extra day in order to leave in the morning. But the main thing is that we felt deceived by the pics and video he posted. I suggested he update the photos, because we might have rented it anyway, but it's not ok to lie to people about the condition of your van.

5Had a great trip! Devon was super responsive with any questions. I was actually impressed with the gas mileage - went to Breckenridge, Estes Park, Boulder, Nederland - all on one tank of gas. Looking forward to my next trip.

5This van is incredible!! It was absolutely perfect for my getaway in Colorado. I was able to explore Rocky Mountain National Park and other incredible state parks. The camper van handled the mountain roads and highways incredibly well. I was even impressed by how good of gas mileage I got as well. The bed was very comfortable. I got amazing sleep while staying at the different campgrounds. I also loved the LED and twinkle lights. It provided a great ambiance during the evening. It was decorated so nicely as well! I will definitely book again in the near future :) I definitely recommend this van. If l could give it more than 5 starts I would. PS: communicating with the host was very simple and the YouTube video covers everything you need to know regarding the van was very helpful!
