Leslie is a super patient and gentle host. After she welcomed us to the van, she gave us a tour in the van and explained in detail how to use the amenities in the van. She pulled out a full propane tank in case we needed more heat during the night (p.s. it was pretty cold at night in Yellowstone the first week parks opened, every night was around low 30F)The van is very clean and has no bad smells at all :) It's well organized and designed and has everything we need, a kitchenette with all the utensils and cooking ware and a pretty spacious fridge, and a small bathroom. The mattress is quite comfortable. Thought it's quite compact inside, we were able put a camping pad on the aisle to make a 2nd bed and it is very helpful. There are also a lot of very handy details, e.g. the cellphone holder, charging cable, phone booster, and even a small sticker on the front dash to help me center the van in the lane. We really love the van and take it as our 2nd home. The solar panel is very sweet, we had never run out of power during our 7-days trip but I hope there will be some indicator to tell us how much power is left. Similar to the tank under the sink, which does not have an indicator. If you forget to check it before it’s filled up, it does take a good amount of effort to drag it out.Another highlights are the roof porch and. I really enjoy lying on top of it on a sunny day. I also use it as my scene viewing platform and I got some good photos with the help of it.
