• Driver Requirements: Experience with Motorhomes Minimum age (30 years old) No suspended or revoked licenses No unauthorized drivers • Usage Restrictions: No towing No off-road driving No travel on unpaved, logging, forest service, or beach roads No travel outside approved states No attendance at festivals, races, or large events No commercial use • Occupancy & Safety: All passengers must use seat belts while the vehicle is moving No riding in beds or unsecured seating areas Children must be properly restrained No climbing on the roof • Prohibited Activities: No smoking or vaping inside the RV No open flames, candles, or fireworks inside the RV No carrying hazardous materials • Generator & Electrical Safety: Follow the generator operating instructions Never run the generator in enclosed spaces Do not overload electrical circuits Use only approved electrical hookups • Propane & Fire Safety: Turn off propane when refueling Know the location of fire extinguishers Report any propane odor immediately Follow appliance operating instructions • Reporting & Emergencies: Accidents, damage, or mechanical issues must be reported immediately Renters must contact owner before authorizing repairs (except emergency safety repairs) Emergency contact information must be carried in the RV • Return Conditions: Return with a full tank Empty gray and black tanks Return reasonably clean Replace propane Report all damage, even minor damage
