Résumé de l'évaluation
Exceptional communication and accommodating service
Derek and Penny are highly communicative, providing thorough tours, videos, and flexible accommodations. They consistently offer support, troubleshoot issues like AC/generator, and compensate for inconveniences such as fuel or problems.
Easy to drive with powerful brakes
The Thor 28Z handles well, with strong brakes and effective engine braking for downhills. It's spacious, well-maintained, and equipped for winter use, accommodating groups up to 7, despite minor design quirks in bedding/bathroom.
