Résumé de l'évaluation
Responsive, helpful, and friendly
Hosts were consistently prompt in texting and communication, making drop-off and set-up very easy and on time. They were also described as kind and understanding.
Clean, comfortable, well-maintained
The trailer was consistently described as clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Everything functioned, and it was in great condition for its age, though some noted wired-shut windows, bent blinds, and limited bunk storage.

5.0I reserved the trailer for a family gathering where we needed more room for everyone. I was not able to attend due to a Suprise health issue. My family went and stayed in the trailer, they were a day later than planned. My husband had been in contact with our hosts and planned drop off and set up. Everything went well as far as I was told. My mother-in-law stated they were friendly at delivery and pick up. My family said the trailer was nice and comfortable. There were and are no complaints. I was very surprised how quickly I received responses to my questions. I am very happy to have found a reasonably price trailer that didn’t have a $$ delivery fee. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding during all of this. We hope to use the trailer again.

3.0Brooke was prompt in all texting. Delivery and pick up were on time. We could have used more instruction about hot water options and equipment though. Also generator requirements and help with set up. The RV was clean though older and some windows were wired shut. Blinds were bent. There was very limited storage space and no clothes storage space in the bunk area. We had a good time and the RV was comfortable. Thanks for letting us borrow lt.

Foire aux questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
My husband and I both work full time but try to be as flexible as we can with pick up and drop off. For the most part after 3pm works for all pick ups and drop offs but please confirm with us prior to your trip and let us know if you have a specific time in mind.
Q.
We will not have water at our campsite, can you fill the RV with water prior to our trip?
R.
Yes, please let us know and we can fill the water tank prior to your trip.
