You, as the Renter, agree to rent the Trailer from 360 Sierra, Inc., subject to the comprehensive terms and conditions set forth in both the Rental Agreement and these Rules of the Road. Use of the Trailer Handling and Modification: The Trailer and its components must not be dismantled, disassembled, or modified without explicit written consent from 360 Sierra. Lawful Use: Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements, including traffic laws and parking regulations, is mandatory. Terrain and Use Limitations: Please refrain from using the Trailer in unsuitable areas that could cause damage or pose safety risks. Purpose of Use: The Trailer is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Engaging in illegal activities or using the Trailer for unauthorized commercial purposes is forbidden. Subleasing and Transfer: Subleasing, loaning, or transferring the Trailer to any third party without 360 Sierra's prior written consent is prohibited. Impaired Operation: Operating the Trailer while under the influence of substances that impair safe driving is strictly forbidden. Specific Conditions for Use Physical Interactions with the Trailer: Avoid standing on or overstepping the Trailer's fender and misusing the solar panels. Capacity and Loading: The Trailer must not be loaded beyond an additional 100 pounds of its specified capacity. Water Tank Use: Water tanks should only be filled with water; filling them with any toxic substances is prohibited. Hygiene and Care: Maintaining cleanliness within the Trailer is crucial. Leaving rotten food in the cooler or any activity that compromises hygiene is not allowed. No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the Trailer or in its immediate vicinity is strictly prohibited. Adherence to these Rules of the Road ensures a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all renters. Non-compliance may result in penalties, such as additional fees, termination of the rental agreement, or legal action.
