My wife and I work in vacation rental management and was referred by a friend within the industry. Emily and Jarret are absolute pros in this field and deserve to be best in class in RV rentals. Their rates were super competitive compared to other options we looked at. IE basic protection and insurance tend to be much higher amongst their competitors. Their communication was prompt, clear, and all necessary information was provided in advance. During pickup, Jarret gave a thorough orientation, ensuring we were familiar with the RV's operations, features, and additional fees if we needed those Add-ons (generator during non hookup, black and gray water dumping, mileage overage, etc). His attention to detail was greatly appreciated and contributed to saving any excessive costs, along with an overall sense of security and preparedness. Bottom line, we'll have a memory with the kids that will last a lifetime and grateful for their professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and look forward to renting from them again! Best, Sean and Lacy

Upon arriving to pick-up the RV I was told that the generator didn't work and that the leveling jack did not work. I was provided an external generator and was told that unfortunately they didn't have time to fill it up with gas so that if I wanted to use it I had to fill it up myself. The weather was 90+ degrees the weekend we rented. I wanted to cool down the RV for a couple of hours so that I could put my baby down for bed. After an hour of trying to get the AC to work using the external generator that Jarret provided I asked Jarret to call me. After going through the steps he determined that there was nothing that he could do. He advised running the car AC to cool down the entire RV. The rest of our campsite would then be filled with exhaust from the car! In addition to the generator not working, our campsite was not level and we weren't able to use the leveling jacks so everyone in my family was rolling to one side of the RV. Additionally, the microwave didn't work nor did any of the electrical plugs. Jarret's excuse was that he had 21 rigs all going out for the weekend and that the vehicles are not perfect and that they have to be strategic when they have back to back bookings. I don't understand why your business logistics are my problem. I paid over $1,000 for the weekend and expect that if you are going to list an amenity on your listing then you should at least give your renter a heads up rather than just waiting till the day they pick-up. We ended up returning the RV after one day of renting it. Renter BEWARE this company is not concerned about your experience and clearly they have way too many rentals to provide the attention that they should be giving.

So wonderful to work with. Helpful, knowledgeable and the RV options were just what we needed! Will definitely use them again! Thank you for making our camp weekend fun!

We had a great time in the rv - very spacious for 4 adults and the hosts were very helpful at explaining all of the features and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again for a fun camping trip.
