Austin provided clear instructions for beginners, was easy to work with, accommodated needs, offered to mail back forgotten items, and ensured the RV was well-stocked and ready for pickup.
Easy to drive, handles mountain passes
Doris was described as well-outfitted, clean, and maintained, featuring a comfortable bed, flat screen DVD, and essentials. All appliances worked, though the oven pilot was noted as tricky.

5.0The RV was as described, and even surpised my two sons with the flat screen + dvd player in the crows nest sleeping area. Oven pilot is super tricky, but otherwise, everything was as expected.

5.0We had a great experience. The RV was well outfitted, very clean and well maintained. Austin is a great host and had a very good instructions for the beginning RV'er. This was an excellent choice driving over mountain passes and jumping around the map to RV resorts on the coast with the family.
