The host was good to work with and very accommodating in the process of renting the RV however there were several issues with the RV itself. starting with the freezer it had rotten food in it which we cleaned out but we couldn't get rid of the smell so we were unable to use the freezer at all. The refrigerator was dirty and we cleaned it out as well. the toilet had poop in it so we cleaned that. There were no hand towels for the kitchen or bath.

Trailer was excellent. It was exactly as described. It made a hunting trip much more enjoyable, especially when it snowed. John is super nice and very professional. All around great rental.

We had a very disappointing experience with this rental and want to share so others know what to expect. The trailer was not clean or well-prepared, and several major issues made the trip uncomfortable. Here’s what we dealt with: • Floors were dirty and sticky, toilet was unclean (under the seat, base, and behind) • Freezer was full of old food, including a hot pocket stuck to the bottom that left an odor • Crumbs left in bowls, drawers, and on the couch • No towels provided (bath or hand) no hand soap either • No trashcan in the unit • Battery died the first evening even though we hadn’t used anything all day. We ran the generator for an hour around 8pm, but the battery died again at 3am, causing the smoke/CO₂ detector to start beeping and waking our kids. We had no choice but to run the generator from 3am until 8am, which is against campground quiet hours. • No hot water the first night (pilot wouldn’t light). We didn’t get hot water until the second night while running the generator. • Overall lack of cleanliness and upkeep made the trailer uncomfortable to stay in, and we ended up leaving a night early. This was not the experience we paid for, and we would not rent from this owner again.
