You'll love staying in this perfectly maintained and well-equipped trailer!Perfect for a couple or a small family. Great for tailgating, short 3 day get aways or that 3 week trip you've been wanting to take. We are dog lovers and we hope you enjoy the trip with your furry family members as well!
Prior to your use, the trailer will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and fully stocked with freshly cleaned linens, dishes for 6, cookware, table ware, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and a few cleaning supplies. There is plenty of storage space for groceries and some luggage. Pet cleaning supplies are provided in the case of an oops.The AM-FM sound system provides the tunes with speakers inside and outside underneath the Huge 17 foot power awning. Bring along your CD's and DVD's to keep the family entertained on the 31" flat screen TV that pivots on a wall mount for viewing in the living/dining area.Your camping experience starts with a very thorough training on how to use a camper and enjoy it. This covers everything including Weight Distribution Hitch (which makes pulling it muuuch easier) plus all of the hookup and systems that make modern camping so easy and so much fun.When you step inside you can't help but appreciate the great layout.Upon entry, you're welcomed by a very comfortable couch on the right that lays flat to let the gel foam queen sized bed fold down.Next is a Dinette that will seat 5 (and sleep two).Facing the dinette is great kitchen with double sink, gas stove/oven, and gas/electric fridge/freezer. Located in the kitchen drawers and cabinet are cooking utensils, dish soap and towels, as well as cleaning suppliesDown the hall on the left are 2 full size bunk beds that will each comfortably sleep 1, but will fit 2 in a pinch. Under the lower bunk is storage which can be folded up to make more space.Opposite of the bunks is a large bathroom with a sink, a medicine cabinet, and a full-sized shower/tub combo.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The trailer can be picked up as early as 9am and returned as late as 3pm. Exceptions will be considered.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
A 25 foot, 30 amp cable with a 50 amp adapter are provided to connect the electric. A 15 foot drinking water hose is also provided to connect to fresh water. A 12 foot sewer hose is also provided.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

An operating manual and FAQ sheet is provided as well as a thorough walk through prior to delivery.

Is the trailer easy to level? Any special tools required?
R.
Leveling is a snap. There are scissor jacks at each corner as well as level bubble to aid in leveling. A power tool and gloves are also provided to assist in quickly raising and lowering the jacks.
