You will be provided with a super clean RV ready for you to make as comfortable as you'd like to enjoy a safe and fun vacation!If you REALLY want linens, bed linens, towels, and washcloths can be provided for a $100 add-on fee - this fee covers putting all linens on the beds and stocking the bathroom, as well as sanitizing all linens upon return.I deliver within 25 miles of Killeen for a $150 flat fee. Need it delivered farther? -Please do not cut directly on the counters or table surfaces as this will ruin them.
-NOTHING except human waste and RV toilet paper may be put in the toilet. NO feminine products, diapers, wipes, Kleenex, regular toilet paper, q-tips, trash, etc. NOTHING except RV toilet paper.Cleaning Policy:
Renters are responsible for returning the RV as clean as they received it. Failure to return the camper clean will result in a minimum $200 cleaning fee, or a reasonable fee not to exceed $500, Maximum fee will be assessed if the camper is returned in a substantially less clean condition than received.Required prep and sanitation fee:
This fee is separate from any cleaning fees. This fee is to cover sanitizing the trailer after each rental. The camper was sanitized before you used it, and it will be sanitized after you use it, to ensure everyone has a very clean camper to vacation in.-Awning not available for use due to risk of damage, but a 10x10 pop-up canopy is included free for use with the rental.
