Glamping lifestyle proudly offers an impeccable and well appointed home away from home. “Eve” because she is the first of her kind, beautiful and turn key for your life’s next adventure, has so much to offer. She’s fully equipped with all the gadgets and modern conveniences you could desire. Start with the 2 smart TV’s (55” and 40”) interior/exterior Bluetooth stereo with DVD player, electric fireplace with secondary heat source (both functional and beautiful) Mounted fire extinguisher, 2 mounted flashlights (one at each door), Fully stocked kitchen which includes basic necessities like pots/pans, baking pans, bowls, cups, silverware, utensils, knives, etc…add a little pizzazz and you’ll find a wine opener with stemmed glasses, toaster, dual action coffee maker for drip or pod brewing- blender for those slushies and adult beverages, hand mixer for surprise cake baking, teak cutting boards and the list goes on…don’t forget about those kiddos because we didn’t, Eve has a drawer full of board and card games… like I said, fully stocked with everything you’ll need.Did we mention were pet friendly... house broken animals only please.... we know you'll be bringing your fur babies and we won't come between a family and their pet. Exterior includes; 4 director camping chairs, a 9x12 outdoor mat, premium 52 qt Coleman cooler, folding 6’ table, exterior griddle and fridge, bbq tools, outdoor shower and hose sprayer, propane fire pit (you supply own propane) unlimited hours/use of a remote start 4500w generator (supply own fuel). The photos show in detail what’s included in this turn key unit but don’t hesitate to ask questions because we love to answer them!Inquire about our luxury and convenience packages we offer-The 4 person luxury package offers linens and comforters along with bath, hand and beach towels (Does not include pillows) $75/Trip. Each additional towel set is $10/person.Convenience package includes extra tank of propane at $50/tank to run the camping fire pit or personal BBQ. As a seasoned couple with well over 25 years of experience in both the rental market and what we like to call "glamping", we know what goes into a great camping trip and what makes the most memorable experience for us all! Just finished our first RV rental experience and I can’t say enough good things. Kevin and his beautiful, excellently equipped RV were absolutely perfect!! He was wonderful to communicate and coordinate with which made everything so easy. And there was not a single item we wished we had because his RV had everything!! Thank you Kevin! Had a great time camping at Newport Dunes. The trailer is beautiful, clean and had everything needed to make it a great experience- perfect for families. Would definitely recommend renting Kevin’s trailer!

Our family had an amazing trip at Newport Dunes in Kevin’s beautiful trailer! Everything was exactly as shown in the listing, he was very responsive to all of our questions and very helpful with tips to make the trip a success. He even added an extra personal touch by having a little birthday cake at check-in, since he knew we were celebrating my birthday on our trip. The trailer has everything you’ll need for a fun-filled camping experience! Thanks for everything!

Thank you Kevin! I needed a last minute RV and yours was absolutely perfect and stocked with everything!!! Loved the camping chairs and the fire ring- super nice bonus. I also have to say, the ice in the cooler was a nice touch, keep that up!!! I will definitely be coming back for more trips and recommend you to everyone. Thanks again for answering all my questions and making the trip possible.
