Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll coordinate the exact pickup and drop-off times with you to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. If you have specific timing needs outside this window, feel free to ask.

Yes. Before departure, we provide a full in-person orientation to make everything simple and stress-free. We’ll walk you through Roofnest setup and takedown, 4x4 drive modes, parking tips, power management, and camp setup.
