Smoking, vaping, and drug use is NOT allowed inside this RV. If there is any evidence of smoking, vaping, or drug use inside this RV, $500 of your security deposit may NOT be refunded. Furry friends are welcome, but no felines, rodents, or birds. Please advise as to size, breed and age of your little friend. Please keep your pets in their cages if you're not with them inside the camper. If there is a urine or feces smell inside of the camper, $150 will be deducted from your security deposit. Use only RV & Marine approved toilet paper. Anything else will cause the sewage system to clog and many hours to repair. $500 of your security deposit may NOT be refunded if evidence of foreign material is found in the sewage system. Awning use is strictly prohibited. If the breakable locks are tampered with or broken, you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage. No roof access and no climbing on the RV's exterior ladder. It's VERY dangerous up there! The ladder mounted on the side of the RV is only for qualified maintenance personnel approved by the owner. $500 of your security deposit may NOT be refunded if evidence of being on the roof is found. This is a delivery only Fifth Wheel camper. We take the stress of towing out of your hands. We'll setup the camper at the beginning of your adventure and pick it up when your adventure is over. Delivery time is at 3:00pm. Return time is at 11:00am. Early delivery and late return is available. Renter must be present at the time of delivery and return. Please do not be late for the handoff. RV slot reservation confirmation must be provided to the owner at least two days before delivery.
