We have a 2018 Coachman Apex 245bhs.
The unit is light, weighing in at only 4572 lbs. It can sleep 8 guest with its 2 double bunks at the rear. The dining table collapses into another double bed and an upgarded pillow top queen size bed at the front. All beds have mattress protectors. Basic cooking pots are provided including utensils. It comes with many convenience features such as an outdoor kitchen, fridge and bbq stove. Retractable power awning, outdoor shower, power tongue Jack with lights, electric brake assist, bluetooth radio/DVD player. Solar panel hook ups. Power TV antenna. 12v TV, multiple USB charges throughout the trailer. Large 2 stage fridge, gas oven and stove.Dogs can be negotiated- please contact prior to booking.***ASK About MID week Savings******* Pick UP is after 530pm on weekdays**$100 sewage fee if septic tanks are not emptied or emptied properly.
