No smoking or vaping inside the RV
No parties or large gatherings
The primary renter must be 21+ with valid ID
Maximum occupancy: 4
🚚 Delivery & Setup
Delivery, setup, and pickup available for an additional charge
RV must remain at the agreed delivery location unless self-towed with an approved truck
No moving or towing the RV unless pre-approved
🐾 Pets
Pets allowed with prior approval
Maximum 1–2 pets
Must be house-trained
Not allowed on beds or furniture unless covered
Cannot be left unattended inside the RV
Pet-related damage or excessive cleaning will be charged
🧼 Cleanliness
Return the RV in similar condition as received
Trash must be removed
Dishes must be cleaned
Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees
🚿 Bathroom & Plumbing (IMPORTANT)
Only RV-safe toilet paper may be used
Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or trash
Misuse resulting in clogs/damage will be charged
🔌 Electrical & Appliances
Do not overload outlets
Use appliances as instructed
Report any issues immediately
⚡ Generator Use
Generator available for a flat fee of $20/day when used
Quiet hours apply: no generator use 10 PM–8 AM
The guest is responsible for generator fuel
Report any generator issues immediately
🌧️ Awning & Weather
Retract awning during wind, rain, or storms
Weather-related damage due to misuse will be the renter's responsibility
🚫 Prohibited
No climbing on the roof
No modifications or tampering with systems
No illegal activity
🔒 Security Deposit
$750 refundable security deposit required (adjust as applicable)
Damages, missing items, or rule violations may be deducted

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We strive to make pickup and drop-off as convenient as possible! We offer flexible pickup and return times whenever our schedule allows, and we're happy to work with you to accommodate your travel plans. We also offer delivery and professional setup to many campgrounds and destinations, allowing you to arrive with your RV ready to enjoy. If you need an early pickup, late return, or have special timing requests, just let us know before booking—we'll do our best to make it happen.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Absolutely! We provide a complete walkthrough at pickup or delivery to show you how everything works, including the slide-outs, awning, appliances, water, sewer, and electrical systems. You'll also receive a quick-reference guide for easy troubleshooting during your trip. If you have questions while you're away, we're just a call or message away and happy to help. Our goal is to make your RV experience simple, stress-free, and enjoyable—even if it's your first time camping!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Setting up is easy! With delivery, we handle full setup including leveling and all hookups (when available). If you tow it yourself, we’ll give you a full walkthrough on safe connections. You’ll also get a quick-reference guide, and we’re just a call or message away during your trip. Our goal is to make your camping experience simple, relaxing, and worry-free.
