2022 Thor Rize Adventure Van

PROS:The van drove fine and it was clean. CONS:We purchase a drain hose for the grey water because it was left out of the van. We contacted the owner and he said he would reimburse us ( have not received yet). Our plans were to boon-dock some while on our trip, but the water heater was not working. We contacted the owner, but no luck. My husband spent about 2 hrs on the phone with the tech support and still no hot water. Their suggestion was to bring it to a service place, but it would be at “our expense” to have repaired. This is not covered by the “trip insurance “ we purchased! In order to take a hot shower, we had the expense of campground fees! TV-unable to get any channels. The bed is very small,not for 2 adults for 2 weeks! And last but not least, the rubber gasket on the cassette toilet was broken, allowing liquids to seep into a tray! Smelled like an “outhouse” and disgusting to have to clean! We were told “oh the shop was supposed to checked everything! No consideration made for all the hassles🙁
