The van drives like a pickup, handles mountains with power, and maneuvers easily. It is consistently spotless, well-maintained, comfortable, and includes a large fridge, cold A/C, and optional Blackstone.

5.0Andrew was an amazing host and the van was well equipped with everything we needed. He took ample time to orient us to all aspects of operations. Was very accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times and responsive to the few questions we had during our trip to Tennessee. The van was easy to drive - not any harder than driving a pick-up truck. Drove great through the Smoky Mountains; plenty of power going uphill, maneuvered well through tight turns.

5.0Andrew was a wonderful, patient host as we worked through some hiccups getting our Outdoorsy account setup properly. Picking up the van was easy and Andrew provided a quick, but informative education on his van for proper use. The van was clean, well maintained, and worked perfectly for us during the trip. It was a great introduction for us as we dipped the toe into the water of van life! Thanks again!

5.0The camper was clean and well appointed. Andrew was a wonderful host and explained everything before our trip. He provided many extras including water in the fridge, a snack tray and even coffee pods. Just a great experience overall. And the Outdoorsy process worked very well from booking to return.

5.0We had the best experience renting the Driftless Drifter. Our destination plans were rather vague, renting a camper van let us stay really flexible. Andrew was great from beginning to end, quick to answer any questions. The vehicle was spotless and well equipped. 5 stars from us.

Andrew gave us a cogent introduction to the systems that make a great trip out there possible. The van is in primo condition; super clean with sensitive, cozy extras. When I made a rookie mistake, Andrew responded immediately with the tip that made everything right. Much gratitude to Andrew and Mariane for their first class hospitality.

5.0Andrew is a fabulous host. He took the time to go thru all the bells & whistles. Gave many tips! The van was immaculate, clean, stocked with everything we’d need, a couple towels, paper products, it was great! We enjoyed trying the van at different camp locations & learned a lot about camping! Highly suggest as a host!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

It is very easy to drive. it comes equipped with blind spot indicators on the mirrors. It has a video rear view mirror and an additional back up camera. The visibility is very good and though it looks big it is only 2 foot longer than an F150 pick-up truck.
