John & Zach were flexible with schedules, allowing pickup from campgrounds, and setting up the camper. They were reachable by phone for issues and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service.
Clean and fully functional
The camper was consistently described as clean and in good working order, with everything set up. A suggestion was made to provide a step stool for easier access for some guests.
