5.0John was very easy to communicate and the camper was in great condition. We used it over the 4th of July holiday when we were under an extreme heat warning and the camper stayed cool the entire time (we even had to turn the temperature up at night). Pick up and drop off were incredibly easy as he has a loop set up for dropping off so no backing up. Would definitely rent from John again!
