Marie and James are praised for excellent communication, being responsive, attentive, and helpful. They provided in-person assistance and were always available by phone to answer questions, making the experience easy for first-timers.

Guests enjoyed a comfortable ride and reported the RV ran well for their trips. However, some cosmetic issues are present that aren't visible in photos, and one guest experienced maintenance problems and limited storage.
