This rig is a perfect size to fit into any spot and national park, yet still providing all the amenities of home. It's a great size to drive and explore without the anxiety of a larger rig. Beautiful & Renovated! Hit the road and just go exploring!Fully stocked with kitchen essentials, towels, bedding, some camping gear. Some extras available to borrow if needed.Notes: Please stay off the roof, the ladder is there for servicing needs.PET Policy: All pets must be pre-approved. An additional $150 hypoallergenic pet cleaning fee will be added. Non-approved pet(s) will forfeit entire security deposit. No exceptions!Please plan for a 60 minute check out and orientation prior to departure.Return Policy: RV is to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Personal contents are never covered by insurance. Awning damage is not covered by insurance. The unit must be returned undamaged with full gasoline tank, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full security deposit refund. The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, returning gasoline fuel less than full, toll fees, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the Vehicle on the date of loss if it cannot be repaired, missing equipment, administrative expenses incurred processing a damage claim, whether or not you were at fault during the incident, up to the deductible amount of the collision/comprehensive insurance. Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism to the Vehicle.
