5.0We had a truly wonderful trip from start to finish! We rented Martina and Jerry’s RV for three weeks, and from the very beginning they were welcoming, flexible, and incredibly helpful with information and advice. Meeting Martina in Denver to take over their RV was such an exciting moment for us, and throughout our journey they stayed in touch and made themselves available whenever we had questions. Their kind communication gave us an extra feeling of safety and comfort, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved the Small Chateau! The slide-out created such a spacious feel – a delightful surprise – and it was the perfect setup for our family of four, including two kids. The rear bed was so comfortable, we slept like a dream. The RV was well equipped with everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches such as the coffee machine (with coffee and filters), the outdoor grill, and the oven made the trip even more enjoyable. Everything worked flawlessly: shower, stove, fridge, lighting, heating and cooling, and all vehicle systems. Over the course of 2,400 miles, including high mountain passes like the Beartooth Pass and drives through Rocky Mountain National Park, the RV performed beautifully and gave us complete peace of mind. We stayed in a variety of places – state and national park campgrounds without hook-ups, as well as private campgrounds like KOAs – and never had any problems. Thank you so much, Martina and Jerry, for sharing your RV with us and making it possible for us to live out our dream vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
