5This unit was clean and well maintained even though it’s older it’s exactly as advertised. Matt was very organized and dependable and did a complete walk through re set up.

5Matt was a pleasure to work with and helped me out with getting the hook up ready. Everything was comfortable and easy to set up.

2During set up/walk through with the owner the owner actually broke his own trailer slide out right in front of me. He said "now be careful when you're pulling these out." And proceeded to yank it off the slide track. I helped him to "fix it" and with great hesitation decided my family was all packed and we would make it work. We got to the campsite near Fraser, I set up whole my kids explored. The camper was all set up, the broken slide was carefully pulled out and supports were put in place. My kids were sitting on their bed for the night, checking out the rental when "the fix" gave out! That half of the camper was no longer usable as the slide has given out and nobody could be on that half of the camper. This meant I had to set up a tent for myself to use outside the camper as there wasn't enough room for my family of 4 anymore to use in half the trailer. After 2 days of camping and several communications with the owner where he expressed concern over my ability to repack the trailer and get it back to him, we packed up and headed home. I got his trailer back to him, told him his fix didn't work and id like a refund of at least half since I only got use half of the trailer. He said he had already been in touch with outdoorsy and agreed that half seemed more than reasonable. He rushed me through the check out process, saying I had already been through enough and to just get me out of there. On top of all this, owner was worried about a rental that was supposed to happen the next day! He was still gonna send out his broken trailer to another customer! Oh, and the tires on the trailer are as bald as an old man. Stay away!

5We had a great time camping at State Forest State Park in Colorado. Matt's camper may be 25 years old, but he keeps it in fantastic shape. He walked me through the camper setup and shared some great tips that he and his family use when camping. I would rent from Matt again.
