Enio was a fantastic owner to rent from! He had excellent communication before, during, and after our trip, was very flexible with our schedule, and was extremely accommodating. We have rented RVs from several owners over the past 7 years, and this was by far one of our best experiences. Having a newer 2023 rig without any major mechanical issues made a huge difference. The RV drove very smoothly, and we had no engine, A/C, battery, or other significant operational problems during our trip. The RV was well cared for and very clean! There were a couple of small cosmetic issues that were present when we arrived, including a cabinet latch that would occasionally open. We notified Enio, and he was immediately responsive and said he would have it repaired. There was also some cosmetic damage to the exterior that had occurred with a previous renter, but this did not affect our experience or the operation of the RV at all. Enio is the kind of owner you hope to find when renting an RV—honest, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure his renters have a great experience. We would absolutely rent from Enio again and are already looking forward to next year!

While we did make it safely from Point A to Point B and back home, we experienced numerous issues throughout our trip that significantly impacted our vacation. Some of the major problems included: Even with the generator running, the GFCI outlets never worked, which meant we were unable to use the microwave for the entire trip. We experienced additional electrical problems. For example, the awning would randomly retract and extend while we were parked. The septic hose was clogged. This was the first time we've ever had to purchase a plunger while traveling, and unfortunately, it didn't resolve the problem. We also had to purchase the proper sewer hose end cap/adapter so we could connect the hose to the campground's sewer hookup. Several drawers would not stay closed while driving, repeatedly sliding open during travel. We had to wedge heavy items against them just to keep them closed, which made moving around inside the RV more difficult. The engine battery died, even though everything had been properly turned off. As a result, we had to purchase both a battery charger and jumper cables. We became so concerned about being stranded again that we canceled our final stay at the KOA in New Jersey and drove 11 hours straight home instead. Unfortunately, KOA not only charged us for the full reservation but also assessed an additional $100 last-minute cancellation fee. I texted and called our host regarding the electrical outlet issue, but I did not receive a response for two days, leaving us without assistance while we were on the road. It is difficult to believe that these issues had never occurred before. Either previous renters chose not to report them, or they were not addressed before the RV was rented again. Given the nearly $8,000 cost of the rental, I also expected a few basic necessities to be included. Even something as simple as garbage bags would have been a thoughtful touch. These are just some of the issues we encountered. I could continue listing additional problems, but I believe this provides a clear picture of our experience. It was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected. I am also left wondering who is responsible for the additional out-of-pocket expenses we incurred because of these problems, especially after paying nearly $8,000 for the rental.
