The entire experience was great ! Wonderful communication, easy pick up and drop off and the trailer was in perfect condition and exactly as listed. Very easy to tow and easy trailer to use. Sharlene explained how to use everything and even left an instruction manual which was very helpful . We would absolutely recommend renting this trailer. Amazing host and trailer!

The RV was spotless, beautifully organized, and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. Before our trip, Shalene took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even provided a printed guide, which made using the RV simple and stress-free. It gave us confidence throughout our adventure. We had an unforgettable time enjoying nature, and the RV was perfect for our trip. When we needed to return it about two and a half hours later than planned, Shalene was extremely understanding and flexible, which we truly appreciated.
