Want to go Glamping with the family? We have the perfect family glamping travel trailer for you! Create an outdoor oasis with the automatic awning, outdoor chairs, firepit, and BBQ. The trailer has a slide out which makes the inside a lot more roomy. A private master bedroom with a walk around queen size bed including a 24" wall mounted TV and storage cabinets for your belongings. The dining table area converts into a bed that sleeps 2 small people comfortably. There is also 2 reclining chairs that could sleep 2 additional people but they do not lay completely flat so we did not include them in sleeping space.
The living area has a 32" TV and a stereo to listen to music. There is also outdoor speakers so you can listen to your favorite tunes while sitting by the firepit under the stars. Ce qui est inclusKitchenware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.), utensils, and limited cookware

We have personally loved the fishing and hiking surrounded by the beautiful tall pines. Please make sure you pack out what you bring in. Keep nature clean and Tahoe Blue. The hitch is 2 5/16 ball. If you do not have one, you can use ours for a flat fee of $25.
Renter must empty all tanks (grey and black [sewage]) before bringing back the trailer. Fee of 75.00 if not empty
Renter must refill propane tanks to full capacity.If the renter returns the trailer without emptying the tanks or filling the propane tanks up then a fee will be deducted from your security deposit.Please bring what you will need for your bedding and hygiene needs.
Linens (sheets and blankets), pillows, toiletries, and bath towels are not included.If the trailer comes back late, an additional nights rental fee will be subtracted from the deposit.If the renter loses the keys to the trailer, they will forfeit their deposit.For dry camp sites:
Please note that filling up water before traveling will increase the weight of the trailer and lower your gas milage. If possible, we recommend that you fill up the water tank close to your campsite. When emptying tanks please be aware that some dumping stations are closed on Sundays so call ahead of time to make sure the station is open.For full hook ups camp sites:
We supply the water hose and the black & grey hose, electric power cord.
When emptying tanks for full hook up camp sites, we recommend asking at check in for the nearest location.Upon arrival to pick up the trailer we will go over the inside and outside and take pictures to document the condition of the trailer.
When you return the trailer, we will walk through and go over the photos and condition to make sure it is returned in the same condition as it was when it was taken.Again, please return the trailer as clean as you found it or an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
