Résumé de l'évaluation
Responsive and accommodating communication
John and Xinyang were praised for being helpful, kind, and responsive to issues, including communicating proactively about repairs.
Inconsistent condition and cleanliness
The RV had issues including a leaking bunk window, broken blinds, cracked fridge frame, and dirty interior upon arrival, contrasting with others finding it solid and comfy but lacking basic kitchen items.

4.0Solid camper. The host let us know the awning was under repair. We had no plans to use so it was fine. The inside main curtain was broken so kids could not see outside during the trip. The AC worked w generator. No major issues!

1.0Our experience with this RV was extremely disappointing. The bunk window has a serious leak that left the entire bed drenched. The window was fully closed, and the buildup of wet debris behind the blinds makes it clear this issue has been happening for a long time. The RV was also dirty upon arrival, despite the $100 “professional cleaning” fee. The blinds were broken and tied up, and the fridge frame is cracked and flexes when opening or closing, which feels unsafe. Overall, the RV was not clean, not maintained, and not in the condition advertised.
