Plenty of room and privacy for the whole family! This RV has a queen master suit in the front with it's own AC, Kitchen with 3 burner stove, microwave, and cooking basics, recliners in the living area with electric fireplace, dinette makes into small bed. In the rear of the RV is a separate closed off roof with 4 bunks! One of the lower bunks makes into a small dinette for the kids. USB charging ports, 2 AC's, 50amp hook up, Out door fridge and gas cook top with griddle!Delivery & pick up available within reasonable distance and availability. Note: No Sunday pick ups.Note: !!!!!!!!!!
Tow vehicle must be capable of towing 10,000lbs or more. Load level hitch will be provided. When requesting your booking, please provide your tow vehicle information! Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a class 3 tow hitch and have trailer brake controller with a 7 pin connector. Weight distribution hitch will be provided. ****Please make sure if you have a hitch lock on your truck, Bring THE KEY)!!!What's included???
The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, and weight distribution/sway control hitch will be provided and must be used.Pick up time starts at 10:00AM and Return time is by 4:00PM. Additional fees may apply for late returns.
A day earlier pick up than reservation date for loading time is NOT an option.We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
