This trailer feels so much bigger with the rear queen slideout leaving room for a full dinette and sofa, along with ample sized kitchen, nice bathroom and full bunk over Queen bed up front. **New this year, top bunk enlarged to full 50” wide.**. Large 15’ awning with LED lighting, plenty of storage, privacy tint on the large windows, solar panel on roof to keep battery charged, rear camera system. Everything you may need is included to make your trip. Coleman road trip grill plus extra griddle attachment, sewer hose, water hose, electric cable, dual propane tanks, outdoor shower, Anderson weight distribution anti sway hitch, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, single serve kcup coffee maker. We tried to think of everything! Bed Linens are available for $20 per trip, covering the cost of laundering and wear. Furry friends are typically not allowed, but note that we do make individual decisions on each reservation with a pet after more information has been received.
Delivery fee also includes pickup. Minimum $100 per each way. 5.0RV was great: clean, modern finishes, spacious, beds were comfortable. Host was very accommodating and walked us through all of the steps necessary to feel comfortable using a tow RV for the first time. Would not hesitate to book again!

5.0Mark was super knowledgeable and so helpful. The RV was great- exactly as described. The AC was a godsend as it was over 100 degrees each day and it worked great!

5.0This is our 2nd time renting from Mark, and he is a great host. He’s very generous is scheduling pick up and drop off of the camper, has great communication, and includes a ton of stuff with the rental to make everything smooth and enjoyable. Camper is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We’ve had two great experiences and will rent from him again.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Will try to accommodate requests for pickup and return as best as possible. Pickup is easiest in local college parking lot, flat and open, especially helpful for first timers!

Does the rental include the sewer hoses, electrical cable and the water hoses?

20’ of sewer pipe with various connectors are included. There is a 20’ electrical line with a 50 amp to 30 amp conversion if necessary. 2 separate hoses are supplied, a blue fresh drinking water and an orange black tank flush hose, so no cross contamination.
