• Camper House Rules Welcome! We hope you have a wonderful stay. Please treat our camper as you would your own home. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning, repair, replacement, or security deposit charges. General Rules No smoking or vaping inside the camper. No illegal drugs or illegal activity on or around the camper. Pets Pets are only permitted with prior approval. Approved pets must be crated anytime they are left unattended in the camper. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture unless protective covers are used. Clean up all pet waste immediately. Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage, including scratches, chewing, stains, odors, excessive hair, or other damage. Repair, replacement, and extra cleaning costs will be charged to the guest. Kitchen Always use the provided cutting boards. Do not cut directly on the countertops, table, or any other surfaces. Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils before checkout. Wipe down counters and clean up spills promptly. Do not pour grease, oil, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the sink. Bathroom Only RV-safe or single-ply toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes (even if labeled flushable), paper towels, feminine hygiene products or any other items. Any plumbing blockage caused by improper use will be the guest's responsibility. Awning The awning must be retracted whenever you leave the campsite, at night, or if rain, wind, or storms are expected. Never leave the awning unattended. Wind damage to the awning caused by failure to follow these rules will be charged to the guest. Camper Care Do not climb on the roof. Please remove muddy shoes before entering. Report any damage or maintenance concerns immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself. Cleaning Please leave the camper in good condition Return items to their original locations. Normal cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning, stains, damage, or odors will result in additional charges.
