-stove and oven
- tankless water heater (47 gal fresh H2O tank)
- air conditioners/heat
-generator and 30 amp hook up
-power awning,stabilizers and 2 large slides
-bike racks

Our rig is equipped with fresh linens and blankets for queen and bunks only), towels bath(4) and kitchen soaps, dishes and cooking supplies, 4-cup coffee maker, toaster, camping chairs(4) and so much more. You just need to bring you our clothes, toiletries, and food. Let your adventure begin!Other things to note
This RV will come fully cleaned and sanitized, grey and black tanks empty and full gas and propane tanks.Upon return we expect.
-Gas tank full ( we will fill propane )
-Black and Grey tanks must be dumped($200 dump fee will be charged if tanks are not dumped)
-Rig swept and wiped down, all garbage removed.

Hey! We are the Canter Family and we are honored and excited to invite you to experience our RV for your next adventure or event! We have always been travelers, seekers, explorers, and experiencers. We have found our RV to be a great tool to experience the "light" in life (hence her given name "Sunseeker"). We are also natural hosts having run a retreat center and community for many years and are currently Airbnb Superhosts. We are here to support you with any questions or needs you might have so you can enjoy our AVL Mountain RV to the fullest!
