This 2019 Coleman Travel Trailer is your home-away-from-home on wheels! Get out and travel safely and comfortably in this one of a kind remodeled well equipped camper. This camper is only 2 years old. 22' feet & 3,600 lbs dry weight makes this trailer easy to pull for most SUVs and mid sized trucks. No slide outs make it easy to set up. Perfect for couples and small families. The trailer comes fully equipped with a stand up shower and small bath basin (bath tub is great for washing little kids and dogs!), full refrigerator & freezer, microwave, stove top, bluetooth speakers inside & outside, queen murphy bed with memory foam mattress that folds up into a comfy couch, dining table turns into a twin bed, AC/heat, plenty of closet & storage space, automatic awning, fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker and toaster. We provide linens, towels, toiletries, coffee, cooking oil, salt & pepper. We also provide a propane grill and grilling supplies. Everything you need to sleep well, eat well, and explore the great outdoors!If you choose to camp off grid, the refrigerator, water heater, heat, and stove operate on propane. We have 2 propane tanks. If hooking up in the winter, we provide a heated water hose that helps prevent water freezing.Take the camper for an adventure to explore any destination of your choice. We do not deliver.We are happy to recommend local campgrounds and we will provide all of the guidance you may need to feel well prepared for travel with this camper, even if it’s your first time. We provide a thorough tutorial and manual to take with you, plus we will respond to any questions you may have on the road very quickly.

We allow small dogs for a $25 pet fee. We have a strict no pets on the furniture policy. Please keep in mind the camper is very small, so it would be hard to keep your pet in a crate. We may charge extra for cleaning if lots of dander is left behind, or deduct from your security deposit if any damages result from your pet.
Please return the camper in the same condition it was when you picked it up. Wipe all surfaces, sweep floors, wash all dishes, store all camper items securely, leave linens on bed and towels in the bath.

We love to travel and therefore we really appreciate high quality lodging experiences on a budget.
