Clean and well maintained with all the amenities you need and want. Full driver side slide out provides lots of interior space while only being 25.5' long. Room to move around. From boon-docking to RV camping resorts you will feel proud to show up anywhere in our rolling condo as it has everything you need. Driving the Mercedes Diesel Sprinter is easy and takes the stress out of your trip along with the 14 MPG lowers the drain on your wallet. Due to the size easy get into tight campsites, parking & shopping areas. Camp setup with electric onboard systems will have you ready in a few minuets. Propane fire pit & grill with quick connects to the RV propane tank makes for easy & fast setups. Large mat for under the awing creates your outdoor living room, comfortable folding chairs and it's time for a glass of wine as the evening shadows grow longer. Our upcoming trips include Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone & Grand Tetons, Arches Nat'l Park and of course Durango CO for a visit with our friends, what a great way to go! Well stocked and clean RV. Expectations of use was unrealistic. If I were a 60+ old retiree with no children, I could make any vehicle immaculate.
