Trailer has brakes and a distributor hitch. $100 dump fee if returned with tanks not dumped. Electric brake controller is recommended. Delivery is possible for an extra fee of $70 plus .50 cent per mile round trip under hundred miles one way. Over 100 miles is $70 and $1 per mile round trip. That for each pick and drop off.
