Horrible experience. Furnace did not work. Power connection did not work. Cupboard doors just fell off when opening. Bed was very uncomfortable 1st night trailer running off battery power because didn't know power connection didn't work. The CO detector started going off at 330 am. Took about an hour messing with everything realize power wasn't working it was low battery alarm. Had to disconnect battery to stop beeping. Had to use stove to heat trailer. When we wanted running water we had to reconnect battery to get pump working, but then disconnect again to not set off CO detector. Awning badly ripped needs to be replaced. Contacted Luke 1st day about problems, but only got offered someone to come to campsite fix it last day. He offered good deal for next rental but haven't heard anything about it since. I feel i should have got reimbursed for this trip since the trailer ruined the trip! To be honest I will never rent from this company again because of that trip. Was an expensive weekend and renting that trailer doubled the cost and it was nothing but problems
